My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was amazing, with the metro just a short walk away and great views of the port, sea, and Capri island. The rooms were a bit outdated and not properly cleaned, but the staff were trying their best to make it a pleasant stay. The dining options were average, but the price was reasonable for the value provided.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are very pleasant to stay at, with a view of the castle and the port. The location is amazing, with everything you could want or need very accessible in this part of Naples. The service was friendly, and the staff, including the manager, were all trying their best to make my stay enjoyable.
